This is a great question! But how to answer?! Could I make an arrangement with the person before I turned them into a dog? For instance, that I could ride on his or her back for 30 minutes. DOG RIDES!!! Anyone living or dead? Prison sentences for murdering a dog surely must be shorter than murdering a person, so maybe Hitler. Or at the very least Goebbels. So many questions!!! Would the dog take on the personality and attributes of the person? So it would be kind of like hanging out with that person.. but as a dog? Louis CK would be a funny dog. But probably a bit of a bummer.
